Firm must show at least three successfully completed similar public-sector projects in the last five years, plus technical and managerial capacity, capacity building, skills transfer and stakeholder engagement. Documentary evidence should include contract or LPO details; evidence of work in Kenya or the region may include client recommendations. JV or subconsultancy is allowed. The selected firm or local partner must obtain Kenya ICT Authority accreditation for systems/applications, information security and ICT consultancy before contract signing if not already accredited.
